Community Access Scheme at Kew

The Community Access Scheme (CAS) is a group annual membership for organisations within the M25 that support people experiencing barriers to visiting Kew Gardens. CAS membership enables self-guided visits for eligible community groups.

What's included

  • Year-round access to Kew Gardens (up to 120 tickets)
  • Access to group leader training sessions
  • Online learning resources
  • 20 tickets to Wakehurst, Kew's wild botanic garden in Sussex.

Membership does not entitle you to free entry to ticketed events, such as Christmas at Kew, nor does it guarantee the availability of tickets to these events.

Who is eligible?

Criteria for membership:

  • Organisations must be based within the M25
  • Organisations must be either a registered charity, a community interest company (CIC), a community benefit society or a voluntary community group
  • Organisations' primary services must be charitable and provide services to marginalised, vulnerable, or excluded people
  • Organisations must not charge for their services*

Membership

The membership period runs from 1 November to 31 October. At the end of the membership period, you will need to submit a renewal application form if you would like to be part of the Community Access Scheme for the next period.

Costs: 

  • £36* = Up to 60 free admissions per membership period  
  • £72* = Up to 120 free admissions per membership period  

    (*Including VAT) 

You can top up from 60 to 120 visits during the membership period. 120 is the maximum number of visits you can use in one membership period.
