Wakehurst Community Access Scheme

Bringing your group to Wakehurst has never been easier.

The Community Access Scheme (CAS) at Wakehurst offers affordable annual group memberships for organisations supporting individuals who face physical, sensory, psychological, or social barriers to visiting independently. 

Who is CAS for? 

  • older people
  • people aged 17 – 25
  • people with learning or physical disabilities
  • people experiencing mental health issues
  • people living with dementia
  • excluded, vulnerable or isolated members of society 

Your organisation must also be one of the following: 

  • a registered charity or
  • a community interest company (CIC) or
  • a community benefit society or
  • an organisation that provides services directly to people who face physical, sensory, psychological or social barriers to visiting Wakehurst. 

And your organisation must be based within the UK.

Choose the plan that suits your group: 

  • 60 visits for £36 (incl VAT) or 120 visits for £72 (incl VAT)
  • Valid for 12 months

  • Free entry for children aged 4 and under
  • Free entry for essential carers
  • Free parking at Wakehurst
  • Priority access to community workshops and programmes
  • NEW (From November 1st): 20 complimentary visits to Kew Gardens
