RBG Kew* will use your information for the purposes of processing your application, dealing with queries and keeping you informed about the Community Access Scheme and its benefits. This will include sending you details of community and Early Years events, family days, and activities and events that may be taking place within the Gardens and which you can enjoy as part of your membership. In addition, we may also send marketing information about learning and community events and activities. We will use your data to fulfil an agreement with you and for legitimate interest purposes.

You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by emailing wakehurstcommunity@kew.org.  As long as you remain in your role as a Community Access Scheme contact, we will continue to use your details for the purposes of managing your organisation's membership.
